Why you will love this recipe?

    • It is a unique and unexpected twist on a classic lassi. This recipe is sure to surprise and delight your taste buds.
    • It's perfect for any season. Whether you're enjoying the warmth of summer or seeking a cozy winter treat, this cocktail is refreshing and satisfying all year round.
    • It's beautiful. The vibrant pink color of the watermelon makes this cocktail a stunning and eye-catching addition to any gathering.

    Expert Tips

Place the watermelon cubes in the refrigerator for a few hours, and use the yogurt straight from the refrigerator. This way, you can skip using ice.

You can also blend everything together instead of separating yogurt and watermelon. This is an excellent option if you want to make the cocktail ahead of time.

I have not used any sweetener, as the watermelon I used was very sweet. Depending on your preference and the sweetness of the watermelon, add simple syrup when blending the watermelon.

Food pairing with watermelon lassi cocktail

This cocktail pairs well with Indian foods like chicken tikka masala and chicken vindaloo. It is also great with grilled shrimp or grilled fish. Turn it into an elegant dessert cocktail or pair it with desserts like raspberry cheesecake bars or lemon curd puff pastry tarts.
