Indulge in the richness of a Chai White Russian, a delightful fusion of classic cocktail elegance and the comforting spice of chai tea.

Two glasses of chai white russian.

Why you will love this recipe?

    • The Chai White Russian combines the classic elements of a White Russian with the rich and spiced notes of masala chai, creating a delightful fusion of flavors.
    • The addition of chai tea concentrate brings a comforting and aromatic spice to the cocktail, making it a perfect choice for those who enjoy warm and cozy flavor profiles.
    • With straightforward steps and common ingredients, this cocktail is easy to make at home, allowing anyone to enjoy its distinctive taste without hassle.

    Variations

Vanilla: Add a splash of vanilla syrup or a hint of vanilla extract to enhance the sweetness and complement the chai and coffee flavors.

Irish Cream: Replace the vodka with Irish cream liqueur for a creamier and slightly sweeter variation.

If you love white Russian, then give this salted caramel white Russian a try!

    Food pairing

Cheese and Nuts: The creamy texture of the cocktail can contrast nicely with a cheese platter.

Spicy Dishes: If you enjoy a bit of heat, pair the Chai White Russian with spicy dishes like Indian or Thai cuisine. The spiced cocktail can complement the bold flavors of dishes like chicken tikka masala or satay.

Sweet Treats: Sweet treats like fudgy nutella brownies, chocolate chip and walnut cookies, or cherry thumbprint cookies are an excellent pairing. Since the cocktail has a coffee liqueur base, desserts with coffee flavors like tiramisu or coffee-flavored cakes can be a good match.
