Ingredients

Instructions

  • Trim the crown of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Drizzle the seasoning over the prepared Brussels sprouts. Toss everything well.
  • Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes at 375 F (190 C). Shake the air fryer basket after the first 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle lemon juice. Serve hot.

Notes

Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Pat the Brussels sprouts dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Trim the Brussels sprouts by removing the tough outer leaves and the stem. Halve or quarter the Brussels sprouts, depending on their size.
When tossing the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and seasonings, make sure they are well-coated. This helps in achieving consistent flavor and texture.
Cook the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Shake the air fryer basket halfway through cooking to ensure it cooks evenly. Overcrowding can lead to uneven cooking and steaming instead of roasting.
