Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • ½ oz coconut syrup
  • 2 dash coconut bitters
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 4 oz ginger beer or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  • Muddle the mint leaves in a copper mug.
  • Add vodka, lime juice, coconut syrup, coconut bitters, and ginger beer.
  • Fill the mug with ice cubes and stir. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients. This is especially important for the mint leaves and lime juice.
Use a copper mug. This will help to keep the drink cold and also add to the overall presentation.
