Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil with spices.
  • Add all the nuts and mix them gently making sure they are well coated with oil and spice mixture.

Air fryer instructions:

  • Spread the nuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket.
  • Air fry at 300 F (150 C) for 10 minutes. Shake the basket after around 5 minutes and keep an eye after about 8 minutes.
  • Let the roasted nuts cool down completely before storing them.

Oven instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 320 F for 15 minutes. Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper.
  • Layer the nuts on the baking sheet and spread them out evenly. Make sure they are not overcrowded.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Toss once at the 10-minute mark.
  • Let the roasted nuts cool down completely before storing them.

Notes

Arrange the nuts in a single layer on the baking sheet or air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to allow hot air to circulate properly and promote even browning and crunchiness.
If you're using an oven, give the nuts a gentle stir or shake the baking sheet a couple of times during the roasting process. This helps ensure that all sides of the nuts are evenly roasted. If using an air fryer, you can shake the basket for the same purpose.
