Ingredients

  • 4 naan bread or as needed
  • Cling wrap
  • Ziplock bags

Instructions

  • Individually wrap each of the naan with cling wraps.
  • Place them in a freezer-safe ziplock bag. Remove as much air as possible and seal it well.
  • Lable with date and content.
  • Place in the freezer.

Notes

Lay them flat: Placing them flat in a single layer is the best method to keep the naan flat for freezing rather than folding it. Folding the naan may cause it to stick together, making it difficult to separate and thaw evenly. Keeping the naan flat and separated will help it freeze and thaw more evenly.
Freeze it quickly: If possible, freeze the naan bread as soon as you can after it's cooled to room temperature. This will help lock in its freshness and flavor.
