Vegetable Raita 


Ingredients 2 cups yogurt ½ small carrot 1 small cucumber ½ small capsicum (bell pepper) 1 small tomato ½ small onion 2 tablespoon coriander leaves (cilantro) ¼ teaspoon chili powder optional Salt to taste

Take yogurt in a bowl and whisk it well

Add salt and chili powder. Mix well

Add the chopped vegetables and mix well

Serve chilled
