Ingredients
Ingredients 2 cups milk 1 teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon black pepper crushed 1 tablespoon honey or as per taste
Add milk to a saucepan and bring to boil.
Add turmeric powder and pepper to the milk. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and strain the milk.
Add honey and mix well.
Serve warm.
