Ingredients 2 cups Basmati rice 1½ cup paneer 1 cup green peas 2 tablespoon ghee 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 3-4 cloves garlic finely chopped 1 large onion thinly sliced 1-2 green chili finely chopped 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste ½ lemon or lime
Heat ghee and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add garlic and green chili. Saute for one minute. Add onions and saute for 5-6 minutes.
Add paneer, peas, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix gently and saute for 1 minute. Drain the water from the soaked rice and add it to the IP. Add 2½ cup water. Mix well and deglaze the pot.
Close the lid and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. Do a quick release of the pressure.
Gently mix the pulao.
