Paneer Bread Roll Ups

Ingredients

Ingredients For the filling: 1 cup paneer crumbled 1 small onion finely chopped ½ small capsicum finely chopped 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste 1 tablespoon coriander leaves (cilantro) For the green chutney: ¼ cup coriander leaves (cilantro) ¼ cup mint leaves 2 cloves garlic ¼ inch ginger 1 green chili Salt to taste 1 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice For the rolls: 8-10 slices bread 3-4 tablespoon butter

To make the green chutney, blend together coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, green chili, lemon/lime juice, and salt using very little water. Set it aside.

To make the filling, place the crumbled paneer, onion, capsicum, coriander leaves (cilantro), chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and bring it together like a soft dough.

Pinch out a small portion of the stuffing and roll it into an oval shape. Repeat with the entire mixture.

Trim off the edges of the bread. Roll it using a rolling pin.

Spread a small amount of mint chutney onto the bread. Place the stuffing on one edge of the bread. Carefully roll the bread.

Apply little water on the other edge and seal it completely. Repeat with the rest of the bread slices.

Heat a frying pan and add some butter. Place the bread onto it and fry for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup
