Masala Roti in Rotimatic


Ingredients 2 cups atta (Indian whole wheat flour/chapati flour) ½ teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon garam masala ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon amchur powder ½ teaspoon salt Water in Rotimatic container Oil in Rotimatic container

Combine together flour, salt, and powdered spices and mix them well

Transfer the flour mixture to the Rotimatic container and place the container in the slot. Fill water and oil in the Rotimatic containers and place them in their slots.

Select roti settings on Rotimatic then select the flour type. Select the number of rotis to be made, thickness, roast level, and oil level.

Fresh hot masala roti is ready. Transfer the cooked roti to a clean kitchen/tea towel and keep it covered

Serve hot with dal or curry of your choice
