Ingredients 1 kg goat meat (curry pieces) 1 inch ginger grated 2-3 cloves garlic grated ⅓ cup yogurt 1½ tablespoon cumin powder 1 tablespoon chili powder or as per taste 2½ teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste 2 tablespoon ghee 1 large onion sliced 1 teaspoon garam masala

Mix together yogurt, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and turmeric powder

Add the goat meat to this and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes

Set the Instant Pot in saute mode and add ghee. Once the ghee melts, add sliced onions

Fry until onions are lightly golden

Add the marinated meat

Add one and half cup water

Set the Instant Pot to 'Meat' mode and pressure cook for 35 minutes

Do a natural release of the pressure, then open the lid

Add garam masala and mix well

Tender and succulent goat is ready for serving

Serve hot with steamed rice
