Ingredients ¾ cup popcorn kernels 3 tablespoon ghee ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric ¼ teaspoon chili powder or cayenne ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon chaat masala 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Set the Instant Pot to saute mode (more). Wait for the pot to heat and indicate 'Hot'. Add ghee and let it melt
Add the ground turmeric, chili powder, salt, and corn kernels
Mix well to coat them evenly. Wait for 30 seconds and mix again. The kernels will begin to sizzle at this stage. Put the glass lid on. The popcorn begins to pop after about one minute.
Let all the corn kernels pop. This may take 5-6 minutes. Once the corn is popped, add chaat masala and mix well.
