Ingredients 1 cup mint leaves 1 cup cilantro 3 cloves garlic 1 inch ginger 1-2 green chili or serrano pepper 2 tablespoon lime juice Salt to taste ¼ cup water
Place cilantro, mint leaves, ginger, garlic, green chili, lime juice, and salt in a blender.
Add ¼ cup of water and blend into a smooth paste.
Chutney is ready to be used or stored.
