Air Fryer Pasta Chips / Masala Pasta Chips

Ingredients

Boil the pasta as per package directions. Make sure it is al dente and not over or undercooked. Drain the pasta using a strainer and transfer it to a large bowl and let it cool down slightly. Add olive oil and spices - chili powder, ground cumin, garam masala, and ground turmeric. Also, add crushed kasoori methi and salt. Mix everything well, making sure the pasta is well coated with spices and oil. Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes. Spray some oil on the air fryer basket. Place the seasoned pasta in a single layer.

Air fry at 400 F for 8-10 minutes. The pasta may burn easily so keep an eye. Shake the pasta once at around 4 minutes. Crispy and golden brown chips are ready to be served.

How to make pasta chips in oven?  1. Boil the farfalle pasta in a large pot of salted water as per package instructions. 2. Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C) for 15 minutes. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 3. Drain the pasta using a strainer and transfer it to a large bowl and let it cool down slightly. 4. Add olive oil and spices - chili powder, ground cumin, garam masala, and ground turmeric. Also, add crushed kasoori methi and salt. 5. Mix everything well, making sure the pasta is well coated with spices and oil. 6. Place them on the parchment-lined baking sheet and place them in the preheated oven. 7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until they are golden brown.
